okay, i'm saving up my third new year wish till i rlly think of 1. hee.errr....where shld i start? okay, start from mon bah. heh, cousin karen and aunty may came over from hk on mon night for cousin karen's university interview(for university of liverpool). so, they stayed at my place. pleasant surprises: they've got me a bag:) they've got my family a new camera:):) they've brought ang baos from my (some)hk relatives:):):) heh, and overall, we had a wonderful time tgt in the short 3 days 2 nights stay in sg. karen is applying for medicine in various universities( from UK, USA, Canada, HK) hai, and she hasnt even finish her A lvls yet. then look at me? haha, lazy to even apply for hk uni. but then again, i cant possibly imagine myself applying for ANY universities with my prelim results. they're just too.......ha, BAD. well, pray for her bah. hopefully she gets in HK uni cause it would so much cheaper. heh, and she will have her family's company. cause this cousin of mine gets nervous over the simplest things and could tell that my aunt is actually quite doubtful and worried of her living alone. but, nevertheless, she allowed my cousin to apply, see whether got chance anot lor... met up with cheryl, peili and melvin for dinner on wed. mel seems to be enjoying his relief teaching job. haha, honestly i think the story of the 2 sch boys trying to dig a escape route out of the sch is pretty amazing and funny. and the part abt a student who sat in the 1st row of his classroom for 45mins was caught for being in the class.....why? CAUSE THE STUDENT'S NOT IN MELVIN'S CHINESE CLASS. hee. and melvin didnt notice. hee. i rlly look forward to see the legendary "make melvin roll with laughter" chinese compo:) got my mom her bday present. the first swatch watch tt i ever bought. actually, it's the first watch tt i ever bought with my own money. haha. and mommy loved it! kudos. then as for today, i floated to woodlands polyclinic. guess what? i met stella's 4year classmate. almost as interesting as stella. but less funny. but she damn smart. she took triple science (h2) and h2 maths and h1 econs. i was like......stunned. then i asked why didnt she take h2 econs(just for the kick of it), then she say cause her sub combi adds up to 12pts, so cant take anymore. this is the exact words she said: carmen:so how come u didnt take h2 econs? jasline:aiya, coz 12pts already mah. if not i would have taken h3 liao. shock si. haha, but she is a very nice girl. down-to-earth and is a christian from the chinese cong in her church! haha. she's probably a nature lover too. she says she stay in pasir ris, next to the beach and she would take a walk by the beach everyday she knocks off from work. i was like....woho, what a girl. dun think she's a mugger hor, ppl got bf one. shucks, this shows how much free time we had today to chat so much. o, and she wants to be a doctor as well....2nd person in the week who wants to take medicine course. so why does everyone tell me there's a lack of ppl who wanna be doctors? i have 2 here, take them! and tell you what, ha, i think woodlands polyclinic looks like a chalet from the interior. beautiful. and quite near from mrt. chieng yang, i found you your dream polyclinic. for now. not sure if it'll still look as nice when more ppl crowds in. heh. |
