arh....okay, i'm okay. dun worry, i wouldnt break down again. so embarassing. raar.okay, had been very guilty over the weekend. on thursday: lunched then cookies and chocolatie chocolate moussed on friday: subway-ed(turkey breast) then fish and co(swordfish collar) on saturday: ?? slices of pizzas at xinyi's place then bbq-ed at auntie elsa's place. though i stepped on the flabalose machine for a good 30mins and walked on the gym machine for sometime....i doubt it has made me any slimmer. gosh. haha, then out of guilt, i went swimming yst. as the references say, u need to swim around 50mins to an hour to rlly burn fats, so i swam and swam.....swam 1 lap, 3mins passed, 2 laps, barely 5mins...super sian. so at the end of 55 mins, i swam 30laps. super tired last night and abit sore. haha. but sunday's just chaotic lar, i shld try other days. arh, JS having a new album again....and only sold in taiwan again. gosh...must quality be tied down by quantity? raar...and i still havent decided whether to go for jeff chang's concert and it's this sat....shld i just go alone? choices AGAIN! i know i'm in gd hands. i know my future is in You. i know everything's in Your timing. so just let me brood over it and throw a little tantrums at You. why this time? why after all i did, it seems to ripe no fruit? okay, tt's it. i'm done. do whatever You please, i'll have faith. |
