ho, i didnt update for....3 days? been quite busy and quite fun also.sat could easily been the most comfortable day and enjoyable day. heh. woke up late and met aunty may and karen at causeway bay. that was truly a day where you could witness the CROWD! with the rugby 7s in town, causeway bay couldnt be more crowded. thankfully, i still managed to find my way around. had sushi teh for lunch, caught up with karen and aunty may. haha, but sushi teh in hk is quite diff from sg. for once, i would say tt sg's sushi teh has much more variety than hk. nvtheless, lunch was wonderful. went hanging around to shop for karen's prom dress which is in early may. and her a levels are in june. i was like....prom before exams? but all she's left with is 1 chemistry paper. hm.....lucky girl, but she would have to ace in this paper if she wants to get into medicine. in the end, she bought a tailored dress which cost hk$890?! and a pair of heels which is roughly 2 inches tall! omy. i seriously worry abt how she's gonna move around on her prom night. then went high-tea-ed. haha, gluttony. finally had hk style milk tea. i'm loving it! walked around sogo and headed back to aunty may's place just before the rugby match ended. saw hilton at home. o, he reminded me so much of young benjamin fused with zhenliang. skinny and tall, and his voice hasnt rlly broke yet. so he still sounds kinda similar to karen. heh. chatted with uncle andy abit. discussed karen's grad trip over dinner. debating whether to go bali or korea, etc and also updating of karen's exam schedule. though she has only 1 paper left in june, she applied for alot of universities. so she has pretty lot of interviews and entrance exams to prepare for. diligent. looking at me, i feel quite....ha, lazy. looked thru karen's chemistry stuff and discuss abit on "selfish genes" which she intends to discuss in her interview for hk uni. wow, rlly feel that a levels were SUPER LONG ago.haha, but thankfully i still rmbed some of my stuff....heh. the day ended well with a little chat with uncle andy when he drove me to causeway bay mrt station. they hv always been a nice family to hang out with. and karen has kindly volunteered to bring my friends and i around on thurs. heh. cool. |
